Tucked away in the car park of Epping underground station unless you know it's there this taxi office is well hidden. Friendly office staff and drivers who know their way. Reasonable rates. Nice cars.

I feel compelled to expand on my review from yesterday after having read the response. The car was booked for 7.45pm and finally arrived at 8.55pm which is, indeed, 1 hour 10 minutes late. We did receive a text message to say the car had arrived but it was almost 30 miles away from my address. The return journey was originally booked for 11pm not 9pm (we had a table booked at a restaurant for 8pm for a leisurely meal) but asked the driver to amend to 11.30 as we were so late. When we called the office at 11.30 we were informed that yes, the booking had been for 11.30 but had been cleared from the system. They could not provide a car to collect us. I respectfully suggest you may have confused me with another unsatisfied customer when responding.

Booked a taxi to take us home. He turned up 10 Minutes early and left immediately. After contacting the control to tell them the situation they hung up leaving us stranded. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. If you want a reliable taxi company I wouldn’t go with this company.

Great friendly drivers and office staff. Efficient, punctual and reliable. With their booking system, I get a confirmation text of my booking, another when the car id dispatched and one when it has arrived to collect me. Along with great pricing, lower than any other firm in my area, what more could I want? First rate firm.
