I have never before left a salon in tears. Went in to get my eyebrows threaded and they both looked completely different from the other when I left. Every time I pointed out a mistake the lady (who is also the salon owner) just made it worse, and each time blamed the mistake on the shape of my eyebrows or the way my hair grows. Never have I been told this at other salons. The whole time she was threading my eyebrows she was talking to other people and not paying the slightest bit of attention to the job she was supposed to be doing, you can the owner is not a professional and I am sure she is not qualified. I just wished I had read the reviews before visting as many people are also saying they had problems.    Worst £5 I have ever spent and I urge people to never visit this awful, dirty salon.

Avoid this place at all costs - I booked a waxing appointment and it seemed that the woman was not properly trained. Half way through she called someone else to finish off the job she couldn't do, blaming her incompetence on the way my hair grew rather than admitting she had no idea what she was doing. They couldn't finish the job and still demanded that I pay them full price. Staff are rude, place is unhygienic and it seems that no one that works there is properly trained or qualified. DON'T GO. Surprised this place is still open.

Please don't go. I left this place in tears after getting an eyebrow done. Poor shape for someone who has always had thick brows and neat shape. Totally messed up !

Worst experience ever! Ruined my wedding day completely! Went to get my bridal henna done after being told the lady was Ash Kumar trained. Honestly a 3year old could have done a better job! I asked the lady to stop after half of my first hand was done as it was so amateur. Thankfully the henna was such aweful quality it had completely disapeared 2 days later in time for my wedding. Total scam salon. Disgusting to ruin a brides henna for her big day.

absolute mess. disgusting place to get any treatments done. Dirty not clean at all. place looks like total chaos. rubbish treatment- not clean at all
