Extremely Rude and Unprofessional. When on the phone the women were shouting at me for having a query. They didn't ask what colour I wanted to go she just told me what she was doing and she did it- she didn't even do it well! There is not a wide selection of choices for colour all very natural/ grey covering colours. At 11am she said it would be a bold colour and after close to 3 hours of waiting it turned out the be subtle and "in the light". The first 2.5 hours she didn't speak to me at all instead favouring the woman next to me. She didn't know to bleach my hair, which is what I actually needed. Instead, she started bleaching her own hair DURING MY APPOINTMENT. I want my money back (£70 for something I didn't want, nor did it turn out well) to be honest but I don't want to go there again. There's a Shapes in Hair closer to the station and Harrow College is cheap. Unless you're already friends with one of these people I do not recommend this place at all. In any way shape or fashion.

I have been coming to this salon for years and always had brilliant service. All the Staff are polite and friendly.

Julia is brilliant with the hair cuts.. did exactly what I expected.
