Came here recently and tried their starters and main. Everything was tasty and had good flavours. Great service too, even at a busy time.
We one omnivore and one vegan have tried almost all options on the menu. To be honest, they really are the best! Great in taste, of course, and price. Very friendly people over the phone every time we order. Fish Bengal Bhuna and Vegetable Patia are the things you must try from them! I’d love to give them 10 stars rather than 5 stars!!!
Would really recommend Lavang Spice! We ordered a collection for the first time this evening. The pricing was reasonable and the portions were huge, my lamb jalfrezzzi had so many pieces of meat in. They gave us free saag aloo and popadoms! Really nice flavour and definitely will be going back.
Enjoyed a meal here with 2 very important people... The food didn't disappoint... It was really really lovely. I enjoyed my meal and so did the people that came with me. Vegetarian options: You just have to ask Parking: There's pay to park or free at the weekends Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in 1 step inside is a flat surface Dietary restrictions: I don't eat salt so I didn't have any in my food
Dined here last night. It's a very small restaurant 6 tables for 4 people and 2 tables for 2, but it had a good choice of dishes and drink - alcoholic & non alcoholic. Food was delicious, big portions, nicely presented and piping hot when served. I was so eager to dig in that I forgot to take pics!!! Unfortunately there was a very noisy group at the next table which did spoil the evening a bit as I couldn't hear the people in my group or the restaurant staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful, moved us when another table became free. Will definitely dine here again and use it's takeaway service.
We have been using Lavang spice for several years and can say we have never had a bad experience, however we had a delivery tonight and it was awful, chicken madras had a strange smell and taste so this was no eaten by my husband, I had a chicken shaslick, this had been cremated chicken was so dry and the veg was burnt to a sinder, the sides where also disappointing very salty. This has never happened before and we class this as the best Indian restaurant in our local area, have they changed the chef ? Overall very unsaturated with our meal this evening
First time I’ve ever tried a takeaway from this place and was not disappointed the food was absolutely amazing definitely going back
Myself and my partner live a five minute drive from Lavang Spice, weve been going here to eat in and ordering home delivery for years now, lovely food, polite staff, we wouldn't go anywhere else! The best Indian restaurant around.
Our local Ruby, come here on the regs. Wonderful food, super friendly service and excellent value for money. Highly recommend
