It was my first time at this location and I had a great experience! The food and drinks were exactly what my friend and I needed after our Costco run. My friend got the BBQ chicken sandwich which is a staple for her, she absolutely loves it. She also ordered a peach refresher which was good but is definitely on the sweeter side, you can ask for more water for it and it would be perfect. I ordered the roast turkey and bacon wrap and it was really good, it was super filling which is nice. I got a iced matcha latte and the matcha comes sweetened already so don't need to ask for any add-ons. Great experience!
Coffee is well made. Iced coffee had a bit too much ice but otherwise it was good. Didn't have any sandwiches but they really looked good. Cinnamon bun was great. It was fluffy and the icing was great. Would have been even better if it had been heated. Donuts are very good too with lots of filling. Only draw back is that noise resonates through the inside coffee shop. Also has outside seating. The tables need umbrellas since the seating area is out in the full sun.
Friday morning and the place was packed! Lovely people here from the lady who recommended bkfst options to the other guy named Adam who lifted up the garage sign so I could back out after running my roof box right under it thump... Guys named Adam rock... Ya, the food!... The "bro"-nut bkfst sandwich was really good. Not the one I'll get next time but tasty and sort of unique. The coffee is good, thank goodness... The donuts are all awesome. Glad to have a cool, good place like this out here!
Probably the best place to come for coffee in the local area outside of Royal Bay Bakery. Good coffee, fancy donuts, and lots of food options. Also sell alcohol if you want a drink.Food: 4/5
I love Rhino Coffee house in Langford! They have a nice selection of drinks to order as well as lots of different food options. I highly recommend the breakfast bagels! The donuts are also really nice. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and tables to sit at if you’d like to stay a h while and do some work or just relax. The staff here is helpful, funny, welcoming, and make it a great experience.
Came in for some breakfast/brunch. Had the grilled cheese sandwich as well as a London fog and a Hazelnut Almond Latte, everything was delicious. The decor is beautiful, customer service was great, the staff are very friendly and the grilled cheese was so good! The drinks were very good too. We walked there so didn't have any issues with parking.
A great addition to Langford! Their doughnuts are absolutely delicious! Coffee is good, fairly standard fare espresso drinks. Nice to have the option of adult drinks, and a small food menu. Prices are higher than a lot of the "chain" places, but you get what you pay for. The food is great, and the money goes to supporting a small business!
Coffee and food is fine - a year ago, I'd say overpriced, but now it's cheaper considering how expensive most coffee shops are. But they insist on playing the loudest, most obnoxious dated 2015 millenial club music. Worst ambience for a coffee shop EVER - I have no idea when they made this choice. I'd strongly recommend avoiding if you don't want your ears bleeding
The staff would be well served to take a couple customer service training courses. The ones that served me were downright miserable. Just not happy or friendly at all. It was bizarre. A smile and greeting would go a long way. And just every interaction with them was very uncomfortable, from the cashier to the barista. It was not a pleasant experience. Nice space though, the restaurant itself looks very nice. My coffee was good. But ya, service gets 1 star.
The coffee is delicious but the pastry items all taste the same. The biggest disappointment is the cinnamon rolls. They’re covered in sugary icing but basically taste like plain dough. For some reason they don’t contain any sugar or cinnamon in them! Most of the regular staff are very friendly. The food items themselves are really good! The acoustics are terrible which make it hard to have a conversation inside!
