This tea room is run by very friendly staff, is always clean and the food is excellent. Housed in a wonderful building and as a community venture it's win win. Keep returning here for their breakfasts and never disappointed.

Staff really good and always very helpful and polite. Good place to go for special occasions, afternoon tea to die for, main menu and specials are very well priced.

Langan's is a commercial element of Burton Addiction Centre which serves excellent coffee and home made cakes throughout the day and light lunches. The building is one of the architectural gems of Burton.

Absolutely brilliant. A group of us went for afternoon tea and can't fault anything. Large selection of sandwiches and cakes. The very friendly staff didn't rush us at all and we ended up staying over 2 hours with no pressure to leave. We all loved it so much we have booked again for next month and it's going to be a regular get together there now. Well deserved 5 stars ✨
