Cool place to be. Great service

The service today was very slow. 2 girls on counter didn't work well together. The one making the coffee was very slow. The manager didn't help she just collected dirty pots from the tables and seemed to mainly saunter about instead of helping on the counter. The previous manager and staff were more efficient, friendly and generally on the back. Won't be visiting this Costa again.

Probably the worst Costa I've ever been in. Very unorganized. Not enough staff. Visited 27/1/18, queued up, 4th in line, waited 20 minutes, ordered toastie, and was done way before the drinks, and I was still queuing for my drinks. Won't be going again.

They served me the wrong order and completely rushed it, not caring about it at all. There weren't any sprinkles on top either which is what the drink comes with. The member of staff offered me someone else's drink because 'It was already made' she was too lazy to make another one??
