I have been eating there regularly for tbe last year or more but upon my last couple of visits i have been treated rudely. I have been made to feel like a free loader when my drink was taken by there mistake ,when i ask for a replacement was told we dont give free drinks. I suggest that Mrs T goes on a customer relation training coarse. I shall take my custom else where if they can afford to loose my custom so be it. Mr charles.
