I've been going here for about 4 years now with my cat and as always the staff are lovely, the clinics run on time. Always a pleasant experience.

The vet’s, nurse’s & receptionist’s are always friendly & welcoming. On this visit, I think her name is Georgina, took the time to talk to me about my cat Bella who passed away in December.  It was very comforting to know that her final hour’s were pain free. Thank you to everyone at Lane’s Vet’s Poulton.nnAs always all members of employees including receptionist’s very pleasant, competent, efficient etc The vet that saw my cat Billy today was a new one to myself & Billy. But as all the other vets Billy has had the pleasure of being treated by, he was very respectful & caring, along with giving me some very sound advice for administering medication to Billy.

Andrea and the reception staff were absolutely lovely and so caring this week when we had to have Sparky the cat put to sleep. Andrea came to our house to put Sparky to sleep which was so nice as he passed away in his home and also made the whole experience a lot easier for ourselves during this difficult time . Thank you so much for all your help and caring words.

So kind and caring when our beloved Rosie had to be put to sleep. Lovely with my daughter, took time to answer all my questions the following day and a very touching tribute in the post the following week.

Lovely vets, in the process of a renovation, but don't let that deter you. My pet is the heart of every decision and not all about money grabbing like other vets in the area
