The vet here is wonderful, you can tell he really cares about the animals and wants to help. A real comfort taking our many animals here. The premises is very old worldy but we like that, adds character

The vet himself is very kind and good at what he does. However the receptionists are extremely rude. Had my dog vaccinated and the receptionist asked if I wanted to pay upfront, without any indication no refunds were given if I couldn’t finish the vaccines there. Then had my dog get a rabies shot for travels, had called prior to moving to ask again if I needed to come down for any letter to prove such, and was told no. Only to be phoned the next day by the morning receptionist who ended up telling me how the vet worked all night on my papers and the other receptionist I spoke to just wasn’t trained. No refund. No apologises. Just an attitude for something that was THERE mistake. And a huge inconvience for me now.

What a lovely vet I certainly can't complain about him. Like one other review I can't believe the lack of compassion by the receptionists. I was crying after my cat was being put down. No words of comfort just handed me the bill, not even a good bye.

Been taking our cats here for about 15 years now. A very busy and popular veterinary surgery. Our cats are always well looked after.

Bob very kind. Looks a bit chaotic but he is great. Reception staff bit brusque and after just putting our fyrbaby to sleep had to wait at counter for ages. Not brilliant after seeing our boy go to sleep for the last time.
