Had the most wonderful vet look at my whippet loki this morning, Staff so friendly Vet was so caring and made a big fuss of him.. I cannot recommend this practise enough,thankyou so much miss vet yu have a lovley caring attitude. And made me feel at ease. Thankyou so so much all of you

Great vets, they where amazing with my pup, the reception staff are also very friendly and chatty they all make you feel welcome and answer any questions you have. I'm now going to transfer my 3 other pets to here.

This is the best vet I've ever been to. My puppy had all his injections here and they made it a pleasant experience rather than a nightmare.

Wow I went to Rowans on recommendation to take my chihuahua Coco. If it was not for Drew's expertise advice in referring her to Cheshire University for small animals, Coco would not be here today. Thank you Drew including all your wonderful staff.

Our 1st visit today and really happy with everything from the initial phone call to the actual visit itself. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean waiting area and examination room. Very pleased and happy with our choice

We signed our 2 kittens up to Rowans and I will be moving our older cats over as well from their current vets. Rowans have been fantastic, better service and better prices. You have to have trust in your vet and they completely have ours to take care of our floofers. What really did it was them postponing the spay of our youngest because of how she one was struggling whilst she was under. Instead if plowing ahead they went with what was best for her.  Can't recommend them enough.

Amazing vets i couldn't fault them at all. Always attentive and friendly towards myself and my fur babies. Laura is absolutely amazing she looked after my Gizmo and it was comforting to see her at the other branch when he unfortunately had to be put to sleep. She is a wonderful human and was so kind, empathetic and caring towards us all Giz including. Staff so friendly and the place is always spotless. Couldn't fault them

Our black lab puppy decided to eat half a bag of chocolate raisins - not a good idea!! We took him through to Freckleton and within minutes he was being treated. He was looked after like a king. Every one we met during his time there was fabulous. It was obvious by their behaviors just how much they loved animals. Couldn't ask for more!!

After a bad experience at another vets I sadly I had my best friend put to sleep today at rowans the vet NICOLE was the most compassionate lady I’ve ever met! Had my dog 14 years we are heartbroken there’s a big empty space in our lives  Anybody who ever lost a dog….. will feel the pain but the staff at this surgery are incredible! Thank you so much Nicole and your team for making our very bad day a little easier I can honestly ‘never’ thank you enough xx lots of love from Mandy and Mia  sandys owners x

First class so helpful I would highly recommend this practice
