Excellent food and good service. The prices where decent for the food. They where showing the football on TV at quite a loud volume when we arrived, not so loud you could I talk but if you don't like sports, avoid when it's on. Overall it was a very decent experience
Great pub to watch sport very welcoming I’m not a local just working in the area so it can be a bit daunting going into a pub on your own when out of town but not here didn’t try the food but others said it was good friendly staff I will return
A good buzz for sports and a great place to get together with friends and family. Great choice of food to choose from and the staff all have a friendly approach. Tamsin and Tyler have always been a great help and always seem to be working hard for the customers.
Lovely and friendly people and staff great..spent Christmas Day....Turkey Lunch very good and desserts as well.Nothing too much trouble.
Bar staff are so nice, and there's everything you want from a Green King.......BUT on this visit there was no chef, so no food, and no draught beers/lagers!! We had really nice food here the last time we visited so decided to call in again when we were in Preston for the weekend. Was so disappointed this time.
Small and friendly pub. Meals very good hunters chicken and all day brunch followed by triple chocolate brownie and ice cream with sauce. Quite a lively place but seemed to go like clockwork. Good for a quick meal if you're passing through. Dont let the small lobby like bit as you walk in its on a busy road with a narrowish pavement so does get dusty. I'm glad I didn't judge on that.
Extremely friendly staff would visit again Edited to add was all one visit absolutely marvelous staff, all very helpful and accomodating, which is such a rare find. I only wanted one pint to sit outside, but the staff there are all so nice I think it's my new favourite pub. Thank you so much to Tyler, Jack, Carl and Chloe for being, quite frankly, the nicest people I've had conversations with recently. I've not been in for about a decade, so nice to know it's currently an extremely welcoming pub. But I'm sure there's more staff I've not met yet who are probably also lovely Can't wait to nip in again, thank you so much to you all
Really nice pub; staying locally for business and popped in for a meal, a pint and to watch the football. Great food cooked to perfection and a nice cold pint.. now if only "them" get beat it'll be fantastic night
Great fun at the quiz night with music bingo too, and friendly and helpful bar staff. Beckie organised my birthday booking very last minute and was amazing
Lane ends has amazing staff. Becky is great and has good knowledge on the selection of drinks. Very friendly and fab place to be
