Bought my car off the team at the start of February. Getting the car was so easy and the team were incredible.nnAfter having the car for a week or 2, I noticed that the horn was not functioning and that I had some type of leak. Anthony had me come in, replace the horn and checked for the leak. After this, the horn worked as it should but the leak still present. Anthony again said to bring it in, and found where it was coming from and fixed it free of charge. Even washed the car for me as a courtesy, which not all used car dealers would do.nnCouldn't recommend them enough, a very down to Earth team and would recommend for anyone who is needing a car.
Fantastic service, kind and prepared staff. I was treated very well and I loved the car I bought. Very low financing and fantastic warranty on the car parts and mechanics. When I went to take my old car to the scrap yard they still came to pick me up and took me to the new car free Uber service :. For me 5 stars 100%
Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys. Had a couple of issues first couple days with the car and they fixed them straight away, without hesitation. Been fantastic with communication and everything. Would highly recommend and would also happily use them in the future.
Previous post addednnI don’t believe that the post is total nonsense as you well you that car had problems as I was back to yourself to rectify a few.nnAs per discussed on the phone last week. I feel that your manner on the phone was unacceptable as you acted like Lanarkshire cars did nothing wrong. Claiming that I never called but I find out by a staff member that the guy I spoke to didn’t log it on the computer. Which is not my fault and for you to make it that it is. Is shockingnnYes I can admit that Lanarkshire cars did offered to fix the problem if I paid to have the car towed to the garage at my own cost. And paid to have it repaired.nnBut after being told that you would only do the repairs if the previous review was removed and the manner you asked was forcefulnnAfter speaking to trading standard they advised by law. You would have to fix the car or refund full money or replace car as it was patched before I purchased it After taking it to two Vauxhall specialist as per instructed by trading standards It has nothing to do with the mileage as the engine was patched and now oil was leaking into the cooling system and damaged the pipes and hoses. And intact. You and your mechanic apparently aced this. Two weeks after I purchased it. Which obviously you nevernnI do agree that servicing the vehicle is the owners responsibility but when it was serviced two weeks ago when I tried to contact Lanarkshire cars. But again. No log of this. I find that it wasn’t services as all the filters. Were brittle and crumbled at touch.nnWhen you offered to buy the car back for £46 after paying 3295 for it. I think was a slap in the face.nnI stand by my last review. That it was a mistake to purchase the car and I have left this In the hands of trading standards and I will be seeking legal advice. And would recommending to friends and family who are looking for cars. To look else where.
Can only say positive things about this gen if a family business. The car was accurately described and fairly priced and all staff treated us like royalty! All the minor works promised at initial viewing were carried out, and they even put a few gallons of diesel in for me!nAnton is a true gentleman, his aunt a real lady. I have been in touch several times since collecting the car, about minor things like how to remove the roof bars, and Anton has replied promptly within a couple of hours.nThey took my old banger off our hands and gave us a reasonable scrap value.nYou know something? Hoping this car will last me for a good number of years, but my first port of call when it dies need replaced, will likely be Anton and company in Bellshil!nNow that's a fair compliment!nnThanks again
