I've been happy with the uniform I've bought from BE Uniforms for my daughter. We've used BE since nursery and now up to Primary 5. The clothes are good quality and hard wearing. When I've ordered them for delivery, they've always come within good time, even with child's name embroidered on them. I'll be using them again for the next school year.
I ordered my son's school blazer back in July. Its now October and no sign of the blazer. I've called the shop on numerous occasions looking for an update and each time I'm told there has been an issue with the suppliers and that I will receive a return phonecall with an update. So far I have had zero phoncalls. I fully understand there are problems due to Covid, Brexit etc. however this is no consolation to my son who gets pulled aside at school on a daily basis for having no blazer. Next year I will go elsewhere.
Absolute shocking management. Just organised chaos. Ordered 5 jumpers & 5 tshirts. 6 weeks ago they gave me 4 tshirts in wrong size 2 days before school starts which had to do and still no jumpers or other polo shirt. No phone calls from them to say about delays or that part of the order was in on the first instance. Took me days to get through to someone called head office to be told someone will call me back again heard nothing. Emailed over head office still nothing. Finally got through to shop to just got told they still don’t have any of his jumpers or the other tshirt in. 1 week after school has started. I have spoke to numerous people who are in the same situation with this shop. Asked for a refund and will need to look elsewhere. if they contacted people and let them know there order was delayed a week or so before school starts people could have had the option to get a refund and look elsewhere but again just a money grabbing company with no customer service skills. Everytime I call up they don’t even know what I ordered I have to tell them what I’m still waiting on?? I had to look at a bank statement to get the exact date so they could try and find order and they still had to ask me what I had part collected and what I was still waiting on.
Absolute disgrace of a shop, disorganised chaos! Ordered school jacket on 23rd July, no phone call nothing to say it was in, went today, picked up what I thought was right jacket, but no, wrong size. Returned to shop and no they don't have one that was originally ordered. Cancelled now as won't have for starting school on Monday - what is the point. Not the only customer to be let down today!
Ordered 4 weeks ago been in twice to find out whats happening with order. Now being told its not ready and possibly wont b ready for schools going back. Badly let down now pushing to try and get son a uniform for monday. Wont b back very poor service
Ordered 8 weeks ago and the sweaters aren't ready yet, jacket too. They have no blazers. Overpriced and lower quality. Just a shame this is one of the only options now.
Leaving one star as there isn't an option for no stars after waiting 25 minutes in the queue the girl serving walked straight past me and served the two customers behind me had to tell her after another five minute wait that I was first then didnt have a clue about prices or when new blazers would be in and they weren't taking orders for two weeks after the schools went back went to the other school shop got exactly what I needed and cheaper was in and out within five mins wonr be back rude staff who don't have a clue
All items needed in stock, staff friendly and helpful and answered all question we had and had great product knowledge.
Decent selection of uniforms in stock but not everything. The sizes are a bit strange with big jumps between sizes. Good service.
Total disgrace of a place placed an order over 6 weeks ago and still waiting will not answer phones or reply to messages ill be looking for my money back now
