Van was booked in for diagnostics. Nothing of significance was found. Started taking engine to bits.faulty turbo diagnosed.mechanic took me out to show me and explained it very well so i understood. I found both the mechanic and receptionist pleasant and helpful.
Like i said before,only here due to work,staff very friendly and bright n helpful its people like these that make your day go smoothly and lessen the stress.
I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Western Commercial Belshill. After having one of our vans serviced, which took 3 days even though it was booked in and couldn't be fitted in, and the EMS light extinguished it came back requiring a NOx Sensor on back order. This took a further 3 weeks to arrive and when they rang to tell me the sensor had arrived they then informed me that it would be another 4 weeks before it could be fitted. Getting on for 2 months to potentially have a van doing nothing is unacceptable for a business. The staff seemed upset when questioned as to why it would take this long but made no effort to help speed up the process. When I asked if a manager could call to discuss my frustration nobody bothered to call. We moved away from Western Commercial in Govan for wasting our time and it appears that Belshill have the same modus operandi. This is far from the service that I would expect from a Mercedes Franchise! Really really disappointed.
Went in for a safety recall and check if service due on my van. I was told they are very busy and it could be any amount of time during the day until it is seen to. I had no alternative transport and had a job to do later in the day. The woman at the desk was very helpful and spoke to the workshop who managed to get the job done just 20 mins later. I'm sorry I never got your name but thankyou very much for your help
Tried to call the parts a full day called about 20 times no answer, I called service department to see if anyone was there and the guy was an ignorant clown really some of the worst service I have ever experienced, Mercedes are meant to be great for quality, and reading other reviews I see this is a on going problem at the Bellshill branch, I would not buy a Mercedes due to this dealer shambolic place they all seem to have this attitude and it stinks
Went in to pick a part up for a sprinter van. Hadn't been in before so went to service apartment first by mistake women was rude spoke to me like something she just stepped in. Shocked at the complete lack of help and rudeness of the staff. Told them the registration number, reference number of part I had ordered the name of the member of staff I spoke too eventually got there in the end. Guy literally pushed the part at me like he was pushing a dirty nappy across the table. I always take time to say thank you and be respectful to staff. It doesn't cost anything to do it back.
Generally a good place, most staff are friendly and happy to help.
Struggled even give it one star. Took my vehicle in just before 10am and it was still sitting in the car park just before noon. Then having waited another 2 hours I was told that there was another fault and they didn't have the part to complete the repair.
The tech in here really know there stuff but also to add the experience from kne staff member in particular was very rude .but most people in my experience of doing work here are pleasant and helpful.
Absolutely shocking customer service..! No interest at all in helping customers, act like they are doing you a favour..!
