I love Lakeland in Brent Cross, but have to say that today it was abysmal. I have a disability which is obvious, I cannot stand up for any length of time without much pain. There were two servers, one dealing with a return and the other with a query of something. Both deserved time and no rushing. Neither server looked up to assure us they knew there were people waiting, neither called another member of staff to help serve. I waited, in silence, a long time until I felt as though I would fall, I left. My wait was, it felt, a long time. I went straight home quite distressed.
I never knew there was a Lakeland store in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. I just don't know how I missed this. I went there today as it was closed on boxing day. I needed a toilet roll holder and Lakeland seemed to have the one I want. I was about to order one last week and just didn't want to pay P&P and completely forgot that I could C & C. I decided to go instore and pick it up if it's available. It was the first shop I popped into and to my surprise I found the toulet roll holder in the kitchen/toilet section. And the roll holder was right in from of me. Guess what? It was half price! If I bought it last week, I would have paid £30 for it. Lucky me, I just paid £15 and came back home straight after. I'm glad that I found it and went at the right time when sale just started. This Lakeland store is not that massive. Have few kitchenware/ bakeware products. The staff are really helpful.

We went to the Brent Cross branch, it's very convenient there, being under cover . Had a very good selection, got all that we wanted.
Patronising and rude experience with one particular employee - blonde middle-aged woman. The service from her was so insulting and uncalled-for that it has put me off going to this store completely. You can find all of the same products in the John Lewis next to it.
Went shopping in there last Friday with my wife. Absolutely fantastic store, some kitchen equipment in here you simply cannot get anywhere else. Went in, spent money, got some great products and now in active use in our kitchen at home. Great store.
A real fan of Lakeland. There are so many useful items for the kitchen & home here. the staff are very knowledgeable. Their returns policy is second to none.
This place should be called “OUTOFSTOCK Land”. Each time i go there, the item i seek is “OUT OF STOCK”... In my last 4 visits, various items were OUT OF STOCK. This store has MAJOR restocking issues. If the manager have lack of restocking skills, then fire him or her please!!
Love Lakeland. Offers a wide range of great quality kitchen wares. Items you wouldn't necessarily find anywhere else. Also a good place for gifts.
Just lots and lots of kitchen gadgets, but less pricey than its big neighbour, John Lewis.
