Fantastic service and fantastic result. Rarely one to leave a review, but the service we've received from designer Jo Sangster and store principal Lisa in the Belsize Park branch has been second to none. Impeccable customer service and attention to the design detail from the outset, Jo has helped deliver 5 terrific bathrooms for our full house renovation. It has been a joy to work with them, always helping with trouble shooting, when the trouble was not caused by them, going the extra mile, visiting site and holding my hand through the ups and downs of a long running project. Jo has excellent communication and organisational skills and expertly liaised directly with our builders as needed. Fabulous range of products available too. I cannot recommend Jo and Ripples Belsize Park highly enough.
Everything was terrific. From the initial bathroom design, to quality of products, to value for money, to patience with our questions and immediate response to any minor issues. We’re thrilled with our new bathroom and really grateful for all the help and advice from the Ripples team in Belsize Park, especially Lisa who went out of her way to make sure we could have a fabulous space at a price we could afford.

For a small store, they make big things happen. Well connected, many options. Samples and ideas. Jo is fabulous. We need tiles from Ca’ Pietra and found Ripples online ad a supplier. The show room had everything we needed to see and Jo is a wealth of knowledge, patience and warmth. Great find.
I had a fantastic experience with Ripple for my recent en suite project. I originally approached them as I had seen some tiles that I liked on Pinterest. Joanne Sangster was my main contact and she was fantastic from start to finish. I didn't want the hassle of trying to source products from lots of different places and she put together a design and a product list that even included grey grout to go with the tiles, tile trim and matching sealant. The devil certainly is in the detail and the finished product is outstanding. As with most projects, everything will not always run to plan. We had some delays on our tiles due to covid, then I decided to change builders which put a delay on our start date. Ripples kept in touch with me throughout and were more than happy to keep my products at their warehouse until the start date. Working with them on this project took all the stress and hassle away from me. I would recommend working with Ripples without hesitation, and will certainly be using them again for my next project.
Great experience from design to finish. With the help of Joanne, we were able to build our dream bathroom. Joanne understood the style we wanted and gave us great advice throughout the process. The Ripples installers were also fantastic - tidy, clean and always ready to hear our thoughts as the process went along. Thank you Ripples!

Our experience with Ripples has been incredible. We tried a number of places but only Ripples could design our perfect bathroom. This was mainly due to Jo who listened to what we needed, gave us great ideas and created a fantastic bathroom. Ripples were also very understanding when our project was delayed. I’ve personally recommended them to a couple of friends already.
Had an absolutely brilliant experience of working with RIpples. Jo was super friendly and helpful, listening to our input, and then providing expert guidance around choices and options. Her designs were not only beautiful, they were also super detailed which made installation really clear and easy for our contractors. All the products were really great quality, the after-sales care has been fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with our final bathrooms. Jo really took the stress out of everything, and provided original creative input while staying true to our original vision. I would highly recommend her and the Ripples team to anyone.
Jo at Ripples in London Belsize Park helped us design a fantastic bathroom for our new house in East London. Jo really listened to our ideas and provided great inspiration which reflected the style which we were after. She was very patient with some of our thoughts on palette and produced some fantastic technical drawings which really brought our ideas to life. We’ve been so pleased with the style and quality of the end product and would have no reservations in recommending Jo and the Ripples team in the future. Thanks again for all your help!
