I've had food here twice now and both times it was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Really nice! Last visit was mothers day and although it was incredibly busy and we were a table of 10, service was great and food was just as good as my first visit 👌

We know this restaurant very well. We've eaten here many times. And maybe some may say it's a little expensive, I would say the whole experience is a pleasure from start to finish. 
Today we dropped in just before 2:30 for a late lunch and we were spoilt from the off. The lunch was lovely, that service was efficient and almost invisible. Highly recommended

I will be making the Laguna Afternoon tea an annual trip for my trips home from NZ.  Came for afternoon tea to celebrate my Mums 80th birthday.  Couldn't have been better.  Staff were just so fantastic, really friendly and chatty,  treated my mum like the queen, she felt so special.  Food was outstanding.  Very impressed with the wonderful customer service. Thank you so much.

Spent three days at the Park Plaza Hotel, Cardiff for a couple of special celebrations. We received excellent service and food from the restaurant and bar team. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel for any occasion.
