I was there a few weeks ago and ordered food via their app. Worked perfectly. Unfortunately the server mixed up my order with another order and i got the wrong food. I mentioned tbis to the bar staff. The issue was rectified immediately and they gave me a free beer. Mistakes happen but they went above and beyond with their customer service. One happy and now loyal customer

When someone says Spoons? This is our poison of choice. Excellent location for students and the food is always excellent. What more can I say? Classic spoons through and through.

Great food good prices and friendly staff. Always seats upstairs and convenient location for me to get my train after and for my friends to get their taxi.

It's a spoons, it's usually quite busy but you get served quickly and your food arrives unnervingly fast. Enjoy going for a pint and chips on a Friday lunchtime with work.

Disappointing. I come quite often and normally I'd give 5* but today the male staff were useless! Our food came at different times and my baby daughter didn't get half of her meal, despite me asking he said he would check and never came back. Sadly service was appalling!
