Very disappointing experience when shopping with my Mum for a Mother of the Bride outfit. The staff seemed lovely, a bit OTT, but that's ok. However they are very pushy, and the attitude turned 180° when Mum didnt find anything she loved enough to buy. We were made to feel we had wasted their time pointed out to us she "had spent all this time with us" We were in 55 minutes! I would not recommend this shop and we will continue our search elsewhere, hopefully in a shop that doesnt expect us to buy something regardless of whether we love it or not!
Awful experience. The woman who owns it - so I am told was so rude. I had asked about a dress for my mum. She said what’s your size and pointed to the rail and said that’s size 10 look yourself as she has no way to know what’s there. Surely you know your stock, know your shop? There’s also ways to talk to people. Horrible customer experience. The shop is old and fuddy duddy. Wasn’t anything at all for anyone who still wants to look young and trendy. I actually had to walk out the shop because she was so so rude.

Bought my dress, shoes and bag at Lady G - first place we tried. Wedding delayed but felt fabulous when the day eventually arrived. Great service and choice. Very helpful.
What a wonderful shopping experience. The staff are so lovely here. Very helpful and they had a fantastic choice of dresses. I purchased a dress and hat today and I absolutely love them. Thanks to the owner for her help and advice. Such a lovely lady

My daughter purchased a Mother of the Bride outfit from in in 2005!! The response then and to this day it was Absolutely Beautiful and people say it is still very fashionable today
Customer satisfaction 10% I recently purchased an outfit for my daughter's wedding from Lady G. I decided to go away from the chain stores to get something unique, how wrong I was to choose this shop. Whilst trying on this dress after purchase to match accessories I was informed of two flaws on the dress. I returned to the shop and was immediately refused a refund. The shop admitted they were aware of the flaws and it should have been sold to me with a 10% discount. Emma stated we were very busy when you purchased the dress therefore we omitted point this out to you at the time of sale. The shop have a policy of no returns even when selling substandard goods. No compassion or after sales service. Very disappointing and stressful.
Had a fantastic experience with Lady G- the staff really know their stuff and already know what dress you’re gonna buy before you’ve tried it on as well as being so friendly! I wanted a particular Maggie Sottero dress to try that they made sure was in store for me. They helped me pick the perfect accessories and at a later date helped me further with bridesmaid dresses and my mum’s outfit. The store is beautiful and has a great variety to chose from and try. It made the whole experience wonderful for me and I hold fond memories of trying dresses on for my special day!
Be sure to check any outfit prior to leaving the shop. I had a great experience when I bought my outfit for my eldest daughters wedding in 2016 so returned to get my outfit for my younger daughters wedding. The staff are amazing however I purchased my outfit on Thursday and took it to a seamstress on the Tuesday as I needed it altered. To my dismay the seamstress pointed out a small pull in the dress. I contacted the shop and was basically told as I had left the shop it was my problem and they would not exchange it, it hadn’t even been out the bag since I left the shop. I am very disappointed with their response and advised them I would not be recommending them to anyone in the future and would also be giving them a bad review however it didn’t seem to matter. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, I will now have to go elsewhere for another outfit.
