It's Zara. A clothes shop. A wee bit more edgy than the mainstream purveyors of gear. Glasgow one doesn't seem as interesting as the ones in Spain though. Decent prices and always one or two outrageous things that make you laugh and wonder who the feck would wear that? Always worth a visit.
This is a brand I always like, but today's experience was very shocking. After I came out of the fitting room, I handed the clothes and hangers to the girl who is the only staff in the fitting room in a friendly manner. However, she handed the clothes back to me and said in an imperative tone: You need hang them on the hangers. I always thought that this should be her job, I’m I wrong? After all, I have seen many customers leave the clothes they have tried directly in the fitting room every time. When I went downstairs to check out, the boy at the cashier chatted with me and said that they were about to close. I realized that because the girl wanted to leave early, she was ordering customers to finish her work. I didn't make a formal complain which I could have done in the shop because I knew she was young and maybe had a hard day, but I hope she can understand that if you are not satisfied with this job, you can change it instead of abusing a stranger.
I don't visit Glasgow often but when I do, the staff working are impolite and dismissive, a very unfriendly atmosphere. Wide selection to choose from across three floors.
Great clothing fantastic prices large store always good choice ladies clothing. Watch out for the sales lots good deals going. nice staff always willing to help Zara store is looking great window displays fantastic range clothing clean and tidy store. items are displayed well. great range skirts, tops, dresses, jackets, coats and other clothing items. worth a visit if your in Glasgow shopping.
Good fragrances, although many out of stock that I was looking for. Dupes for Jo Malone Clothes are beautiful but very expensive.
Having trouble with refunding . Your customer support service is atrocious . Iv been waiting on a refund for an item since July 30 !! What is going on here ?????

Love zara shop can be a little disorganised at times, staff vary
Was overcharged by ten pounds for an item, didn't realise until I went back home and had to drive back out to store again. When I went back to tell the staff what happened, the girl who served me was the same girl who overcharged me earlier. She didn't even apologize, say sorry or even so much speak to me. Can understand making a mistake but if you can't admit to your mistakes and are so rude you shouldn't have a job in customer service
Nice shop well laid out and nice variety of stock.
