Nice cafe tucked away upstairs. Some interesting groceries in the shop downstairs.

I love La Ruca good coffee and lovely homemade foods. The cafe is upstairs and this adds an private feel to the experience. News papers are available for a leisurely drink or to read after delicious food. There are also some interesting foods drinks in the shop downstairs. Well worth a regular visit.

One of the best places in Bristol anything

We had a wonderful  at this spot. We enjoyed the fantastic vibes and the food. The waiters were super amiable. I am glad we ultimately managed to visit this place.

Unpretentious & authentic independent cafe, located above a health food shop of the same name. Sells tasty, but simple south American food and coffee. Not sure whether there is disabled access to the cafe?

La Ruca is one of my favorite local businesses. Serves quality food at a good price point. If you live in the area, you know this place. Lovely couple running the institution. perfect place for an afternoon coffee and cake with a book.

Lovely place, it's amazing to find real trustworthy home made food, no especially overpriced, nice organic products and friendly customer service.

This is such a lovely family run cafe just in the middle of Gloucester road with a free from organic shop down stairs I had a lovely meal in the cafe upstairs and the coffee was just perfect very friendly staff with toys for children to play with lovely windows looking at glouster road. Nice and airy highly recommend

Lovely little shop, I finally went to try the cafe upstairs for breakfast, also rather quaint. I just had one issue which was the ventilation. The smoke from the kitchen from cooking fry ups went everywhere, even with the backdoor open. But it was an otherwise enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere.
