One of the nicest Costa shops I have visited. Friendly staff, good views and a cosy atmosphere. A really nice location to visit on a cold day or when shopping around Bristol.
Don't rely on the advertised opening hours. We arrived at 545pm to a closed shop. The hours clearly stated they should be open until 7pm.
Great team at this store. They went out of their way for us. I told them about a failed set of Costa points, and they retrospectively put them on and trusted my word!
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable seating, plus clean loos! Light and airy.

Good clean well organised on where to sit good use of masks toilets very clean i recomend good place to have a coffee and cake with the one you love.
I hate this costa. Very very slow moving queues every single time I go there and very difficult to exit at the same time as social distancing. 20minutes to get a coffee last time.
