Great staff running this big outlet store with heavily discounted pieces from various companies such as Barker&Stonehouse and sister companies. Great range of items with several sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and chair sets. They also have odd bits and bobs like single chairs. Be aware that not everything is solid wood depending on which company originated from. But everything is interesting and beautiful in its own way. Delivery is offered for around 50 I think. I love going in for a wander!
Bought an amazing wardrobe for a good price. Staff were very helpful, dismantled it and helped us putting it in the car, gave us instructions on how to build it back up, also supplied alan keys needed. Highly recommend
Great experience! The outlet is a treasure trove of stock and the service was exceptional. Nothing is ever too much and they helped us with the furniture to our vehicle. Would highly recommend checking it out, there definitely are some gems in there!
Very helpful and professional staff especially Paul Froud. He was helpful in everything. He explained everything in detail. He had great knowledge of the types of sofa that we needed. My wife is so pleased that she is getting the sofa that she wanted especially after looking for the last 6 months Total credit to your company
We bought a couple of item of furniture from the Outlet store in Middlesborough and we were served by Ian. Ian was so helpful polite and professional throughout. Ian really went the extra mile to ensure we had a positive experience.

Full of old stock but a few good bargains to be had.. it just looks like a bargain basement shop but with a bit of care coul look so much better.
The shop is great but the outlet is over priced for what you get .. I went in to look for bar stools found some that where reduced from £175 to £150 thought they might be end of line I was after a pair which I found..they were reduced because of damage to the rear of the back rest which had a 4inch slice in it which would be In full view totally unfit for purpose . By the time you had them fixed you might as well of bought new … I’ll stick to the main shop from now on
