I have a query on my orders. I wanted to order 3 items from you however I am going around in circles trying to speak with somebody. The staff are rude . I took my vaccum back due to a manufacturing fault Lisa the manager quickly refunded me the money . I was told by shark that i woukd receive a replacemernt. Lisa refused and said i have to re purchase it had gone up in orice by £50. When I contacted Shark they said that i qualify for a straight swap. I went back to Argos manager Lisa and challenged her she saidbshe had none left. I felt victimised and was told to leave. Her and another member of staff both shouted get out. I am disguated with thier service and lies
There was nothing wrong with the store, in fact the young girl who served me was excellent and had clearly finished her shift but was working overtime; but the ordering process was abysmal! I wouldn't use 'Fast track' again as it was definitely 'slow track'!
Always loved Argos and its ubiquitous "Big Book of Dreams" catalogue and this store is no exception. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and great service. Clean, tidy store. All round very good.
Great place to pick up whatever you buy. Sometimes very busy. I've not had any bad experience so far.

Worst Argos I've ever been to before it was bought by Sainsbury's it was brilliant now it never has anything in-stock it's either out of stock or collect later you cant be in a rush or in need of convenience at this store wish I never came
Very helpful staff; very good range of stock; big thing that lets this store down is the small waiting area
Bought wardrobes from here had to be Replaced twice then was told they couldn't send replacement out and had to have a refund when I opened them up looked like they had been dropped down stairs and customer service was so rude was talking to someone else while I was trying to explain
