Fantastic shop,first class service from very helpful staff.I have just purchased two bee design table lamps, absolutely fantastic,very reasonable price I have made many purchases from this store,Chris has always made me very welcome,thank you.
Called in looking for a jewelry box for a Christmas present. Found a one I was interested in and was a good price. Lady who was serving me advised that there was only one set left although two out on display in shop. I said I would like to take them. She went out the back of the store and came back with 2 sealed boxes. She kindly suggested we check the items and she went on to open the boxes. Glad that she did as we discovered a scratch on the lid of the box. She agreed that she could see it and that she would go and get another one, amazingly there was only 1 set left in our previous conversation?!....She unpacked the second set and the same thing happened......She then informed me that there was a final set left that we could check and in her panic rushed off to the storeroom again? I'm still not sure whether the initial story of only being 1 left was a fib, or that was true and I was been shown the same box? At this point I asked her colleague if she would let her know I was no longer interested in the sale and I was going to leave it. Just be careful with the products you buy, especially since they offer a no returns policy!

Lovely little shop with some very quirky buys, got a lovely clock for my new kitchen at a very decent price. The lady who served us was very cheerful and helpful.
Nice bits and pieces and not the usual run of the mill accessories that is found in other stores.
Visited Middlesbrough shop today. 13.11.19. Served by a lady called Chris I think. she could not do enough for me, fantastic customer service so would just like her to get some recognition for been so polite, helpful and friendly ,
Can’t knock the items at all. Being served by a woman that realised the items weren’t scanning through at the right price, then realising this pretended to give me £9 change and instead only giving me £5 but getting in my face to try distract me was terrible customer service AND THEFT Unfortunately I didn’t realise till I left the store and my friend that was with me didn’t want to say anything and make her feel uncomfortable cause she seemed ‘worried’ was shocking Very bad and against the law, wouldn’t recommend anymore
