We had the most wonderful meal at La Dame de Pic. It was a gift from my brother and sister-in-law for our wedding and just the most magical and special experience. Our waiters, Natasha and Alessandro, were friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the dishes. Anne Sophie Pic is a true artist and exceptional chef, she deserves her Michelin stars and more! She is helping people to making beautiful memories with her food and the restaurant experience. She carefully sourced each and every ingredient, as described by Clinton, one of the managers we met when we let the restaurant, who explained all about Anne Sophie and how she works. Every bite is so full of flavour and you can taste all the different notes on your palette. The team gave us a special congratulations dessert, which was a wonderful surprise. Thank you to everyone, we will never forget this wonderful meal and will be back I’m sure for an anniversary in the future. Many thanks, Ruth & Nigel
The French restaurant that makes we swear off French cuisine for the foreseeable future. First off, to caveat - service and wine selection was exquisite. But for this price point, I think that can be a given. Now the folly - when the food is bad it probably comes down to the head chef Evens Lopez. Most of the savory dishes were just recycled variations of burnt butter. After the second course it started to get a bit boring and single dimensional. We went for the full 8 course dish so had the displeasure of suffering the bland mushroom dish with conflicting use of Oolong tea - what a waste. The white dessert was also close to inedible - almost as if someone sprayed perfume in your mouth - pass. Perhaps if the head chef Evens Lopez spent more time in the kitchen rather than giving tours the food would’ve been a bit better. Should’ve expected something fishy when I got a reservation the same day for a Friday night where everywhere else was booked up. Whilst chatting with the manager I was told that they even recently introduced a budget lunch - I mean c’mon Ms Pic, doesn’t this show the dip in quality? The first few times Evens strutted around I found it tolerable, after a while though - insufferable. This is a restaurant not a PR event, less face time more prep time. Also had some crushed fish bone in the Dover sole - no thanks. I can now see why the place was relatively quiet during a prime time spot. Hard pass! Dessert was repulsive to say the least - couldn’t stomach the overbearing goat milk dessert nor overly bitter cake.
Incredible restaurant with amazing service. Held by a chef Anne Sophie. There’s not so many female chefs holding Micheline restaurants. Not the ones I’ve been to at least. So this was my first and oh was I impressed the food and the design of the place is amazing. We really got to try top dishes from the French cuisine. With a lot of wonderful tastes. It was definetly a great experience. And it’s in a great location as well. Right in the FS trinity hotel. Enjoy
***The best representation of what fine dining should be*** I have been to many fine dining restaurants that put an emphasis on how the food is plated. But very few can make their food taste as good as it looks. Food at La Dame de Pic is plated beautifully and tastes even better than it looks. I am not surprised there are multiple locations now. After eating this meal I will try to look out for other Sophie Pic restaurants. The service and atmosphere was also impeccable.
Unbelievable experience. We dined for my Birthday and from start to finish the evening was perfect. The degustation menu is well constructed and the wine pairing is a work of art. Do yourself a favour - you won’t be disappointed. Five stars.Food: 5/5
I must say, the culinary experience at this restaurant is truly exceptional. Every dish we tried was executed to perfection, and the presentation of each plate was simply stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairing, and the non-alcoholic pairing offered a refreshing and delightful alternative. However, while the food and drink were outstanding, the ambiance fell short of the high standards one might expect from a Michelin 2-star establishment. The atmosphere felt rather casual and lacked the unique flair that sets top-tier dining experiences apart. It seemed like we could have been dining anywhere else in London. Overall, a fantastic culinary journey, though the ambiance didn’t quite match the excellence of the cuisine
We were there to celebrate a birthday before we left London and it was worth the detour. We did have expectations of the restaurant since we lunched at La Dame de Pic One Michelin Star in the Raffles Hotel in Singapore last year and really enjoyed the experience. This 2-star establishment helmed by Chef Lopez did not disappoint. Every dish was beautifully executed, the marriage of ingredients harmonious and creative, and I especially loved the Scottish Crab and pork dishes. The White Millefeuille looked the same but here it was with Jasmine tea and not tie kuanyin like in SG. The service was friendly and attentive, international team. A feast for the eye and tastebuds.
A fantastic experience. The tasting menu takes you on a marvelous ride along a road full of flavor and texture. Every single plate and bite was enjoyable and memorable. The place has a refined taste, and they take care of every tiny aspect so you get the best time. The best moment of the evening was when the chef López came to introduce himself to the table and asked us to go with him and meet the kitchen and the staff behind the curtains. All that you could expect from a two-star Michelin Restaurant you will find it here.
We had the pleasure of eating here for lunch on the weekend and it was incredible! One of the best meals I've ever eaten, every detail was superb. I especially enjoyed Les Berlingots, and can see why it's a signature dish. The pork was perfection too! All the staff were excellent, and very welcoming, which really added to the experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Chef Lopez and team!
Great night out à la Dame de Pic. Food was amazing, flavour well balanced. Les Berlingots is a must try, an explosion of flavour. My other favourite were the Jerusalem Artichokes Given the location, atmosphere did not felt too pompous, thanks to the friendly staff and their attention to details
