My daughter was thrilled with the gluten and dairy free birthday cake! And for me, ordering it was simple. I ordered only a week ahead and was surprised when told cakes can be prepared with as little as three days notice.  My husband was not keen to order because of the price £69 for a 7" unicorn cake plus £5 for gluten free. However when it arrived, he was just as impressed as I was. The cake decoration was perfect and all the kids loved it!  Also, they may seem like small cakes at first, however they're quite tall. We still have more than half left and we served four adults and ten children.  When I picked up the cake, unfortunately there weren't any bags. It caused a delay for me and made my journey home a bit stressful. In saying that, the Colombian manager and assistant were utterly delightful and persisted to find a solution. Even with another customer waiting they remained polite and positive and spoke with both the waiting customer and me. Truly excellent customer service.  A supply of bags would be great not only for customers, but also for the lovely staff :

We received lots of compliments for the Moana cake that we ordered from L'orchidee Westfield for the kids's birthday party last week. The cake was scrumptious, not too sweet- perfect for our likings, and the cake design was elegant and neat. We ordered salted caramel cream cake. Moana figure/toy on the cake is not made by sugar base which is an added bonus because the girls can keep it as a keepsake. Communication from the cake owner shop, Elias was prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend L'orchidee and looking forward to order more cake from them!

I have had the BEST experience imaginable working with these guys for our wedding Aug 2017.  We ordered a 7inch top cake with 120 small cakes in chocolate and vanilla and they delivered beautifully.  They cakes looked stunning and guests complimented us on delicious they tasted.  THANK YOU is not enough for the excellent service.  I HIGHLY recommend these guys as many other cake maker struggled to cope with our cake.  WELL DONE!!

My honest opinion about this company is amazing, despite the fact that I had some hiccups here and there.  Pros: I ordered a personalised cake for my son's. One of the Managers Daniel was able to help communicate with the chef what I wanted exactly. I was very impressed with the cake that was made and the taste was amazingly good. Daniel was very helpful and I am very impressed with the way he handled my order. I will definitely order from them again and also recommend to my friends.  Con: I had difficulty using the website and also there is a £5off on a leaflet at their store for all online orders and free delivery, which didn't  work. I tried seeking help from some l'orchidee  staff and the issue was never resolved.  All in all great company, friendly staff and amazingly delicious cake.  Thank you!

I ordered a two tier vanilla and white chocolate cake in 9 inch and 7 inch. The cake looked much smaller than this and the price was extortionate for what you get. When I got the cake, the decorations were already starting to fall of and were pulling bits of buttercream off with it. The cake itself was a little dry, with just a normal vanilla sponge and buttercream... nothing special.

I ordered the ferror rocher cake for my 6 yr old birthday party. They totally messed up my order and ruined her party! This is supposed to be a professional company! On top of that I am disgusted at spending £42 and the cake actually doesn’t even taste nice, you can get better cakes at M&S that tastes much better at a fraction of the price!  When I complained apparently the manager was too busy to reply so got one of his assistants to do it. And they offered a measly discount on the next order, as if I will be ordering from here again! Never! Save your money and spend else where this shop is not worth it at all RIP OFF big time!

I ordered a 7 inches cake and a box of macarons and I need to say that they're the best macarons in town, the cake was well balanced not too sweet, the sponge was delicious and moist not to mention the customer service, a 5 star customer service! highly recommend it!

I both few days ago a box of macarons payed £26 and most of them were rock hard and tasted funny. Me and my boyfriend love there macarons and buy from time to time from the same shop in Westfield and we never experience this before. This product are simply to expensive to don't be always fresh.I send them an e-mail but no reply.

I ordered a birthday cake for my boyfriend's 40th, it did look nice but unfortunately it really did not taste very good, it was dry and synthetically sweet, I would've expected something delicious for the price so I was  abut disappointed

Afternoon Tea Went there for Afternoon Tea which included a selection of macarons, an assortment of finger sandwiches, scones and pastries, a choice of hot drink and Prosecco. We enjoyed it and the finger foods were tasty! The location is average being out in the open in a mall but I would still recommend it for Afternoon Tea especially if you can nab a coupon for that like we did.
