Without a doubt the BEST cafe in Walthamstow. The lemon and basil almond biscuits are heaven on earth. The coffee is exceptional too.

Excellent place for our favourite cakes. Unlike other places/ cafes we used to go to, this one always have fresh cakes in stock and we drive all the way from Romford and are never disappointed. Thank you for the good serivce over many years

If I could somehow shrink myself I’d want to sleep a deep satisfying slumber in the L’Hirondelle mushroom croque monsieur!

Welcoming and good value for money. I had a gluten free gooey almond biscuit with jam! Lovely.

I really like this place. The cakes and algerian suits are delicious. I highly recommend this place. Furthermore the staff are very friendly and professional.

I've been going here since 2002 when it all looked very different. Yet to taste better coffee in London. The pastry selection and quality is fantastic and this place is cheap! Very nice atmosphere and staff too.

I had a slice of strawberry gateaux cake that was very moreish at L'Hirondelle. It was wonderfully moist and light! Definitely recommend their cakes plus their prices are reasonable too - a drink and a cake was about £3.50

Excellent food and service as always. Came here after 6 years and place was absolutely fabulous.

Good coffee and food plus service.
