Endless stars Literally not enough numbers or starts in the sky to add up to the amount of stars this place deserves. Best English breakfast I’ve even had in the 5 years living in the UK I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. So much flavor. Even the mushrooms and tomatoes were flavorful. The sausage wasn’t the standard you’d expect either, soooo tasty Wish I could come back for lunch. They had fresh baked breads, fruit and veggies on display which was such a nice and unique touch. As you can tell. I’m totally obsessed My only regret is I didn’t stop in sooner as I’m just visiting for work but it’s top on the list whenever I return. I might add how cute and clean the restaurant is. Super friendly staff as well. I’m obsessed with independent restaurants and this kind of place is the reason why. I want to thank the lady that helped me and made me feel at home. You’re doing things right. Much success You deserve it Sorry I didn’t get a picture before starting to eat as I said I wasn’t expecting it to be so delicious
Well maintained clean and neat place, food was awesome I love it, not much crowded. Tasted almost everything in the menu Food: 5/5
I mean I love Brazilian food but I think this place made me fall in love with feijoada all over again. The meal was so nice, portion was just perfect. The hostess was extremely friendly you can see she knows her regulars. Always have a nice word. And to make it even better the playlist was taking you all the way to Brazil. Little hidden gem
We visited this morning for a quick breakfast before heading home on the train. I’m so glad we found Rio after searching on Google maps for breakfast. What a beautiful little place. We were welcomed by the owner who is so friendly and kind, we ordered quickly and received a fantastic breakfast and coffee, and toast and a tea. Really lovely food, freshly made and very hot. So lovely chatting with the owner about my bistro and hearing she has had hers open 20 years! Couldn’t recommend Cafe Rio enough, we will come back one day!

Lovely little place! Fast service and delicious food. We tried the full English and a sandwich. The bread especially was among the best we have had. We like to be mainly left alone to eat, and we were. Would absolutely recommend a visit.

Excellent heartwarming service. Small cosy little cafe, sumptuous meals and snacks. Great tasting coffee. Nice pleasant ambience with soothing music. Outdoor seating available. Credit cards accepted including American express. Highly recommended.
Lovely Brazilian cafe with a homely touch and delicious food. I have been there twice and both times came away with a smile on my face. The people working there are really nice very knowledgeable about the allergies. The food was done to perfection. What makes it special is that it is run by people with passion and not corporate minions. Can't wait to go back.
