Went to west brom kwik Fit today nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Needed a new exhaust fitted. Within 4 hours the guys had done the job. Special shout out to Nav and Lance excellent customer care and service went above and beyond they deserve pay increase.  Thanks again guys. 5 star service. And affordable.

I recently went to your kwik Fit branch in West Bromwich and as a customer I found the experience to be very satisfying.  I have been to this branch on a number of occasions before and the staff have been helpful, however on this one occasion I was particularly impressed with your employees and am sending you this email today in the hope that they will somehow be recognised for the valuable work they do for your company. I went to Kwik Fit today just over an hour before closing, with a completely flat tyre.  Got there feeling really deflated no pun intended   and spoke to Shaun. He really kindly squeezed my car in, so I was not left without a car over this bank holiday weekend.  Really kind gesture. Just to add, I always find Shaun professional, friendlly and knowledgable in any interactions we have had over the years. This my local Kwik Fit, where I go for those unexpected flat tyres and I couldn't recommend Shaun and his team more.

Always have a positive experience bringing my car here. Honest team that always deliver a good service.

A big thank you to Nav, who checked my car tyre pressures and then put the correct amount of air in them. He did this at very short notice which was very kind of him.

Had a nail in the tyre went to a few kwik fits to get it sorted with no luck came here. No problem whatsoever Shaun and Nav top blokes! We had tickets booked...They was very busy and went above and beyond to fit us in, Within minutes car was on the ramp getting sorted Thanks lads nice one!

Thank you to Shaun! Amazing customer service and went of his way to help me this morning when my heat shield decided to hang off! Shaun couldn't of been more professional and calm to help me out as I was stressing as this happened on route to work. Once again thank you Shaun!

I used Kwik Fit Mobile, they came to my home within 3 days, bought a new tyre and fitted it. He was only here for 15 minutes. Great service.

Went their for service, they were very busy, & did great a job, Shaun and Ben were very helpful.  I would definitely recommend this garage. And I only use shell - V. power to keep my car going …
