I visited Lee to have a new cambelt kit fitted to my Megane 225.  Customer service was excellent right from the very start.  Lee always made time to speak to me on the phone and replied to my texts quickly which was nice.  He never rushed to get me off the phone regardless of how many questions I had.  He was open and clear regarding prices which is nice considering most garages avoid giving clear info and prices before completing the work.  Car was booked in quickly and the work was completed without any issues.  I paid exactly what I was quoted.  He was very accommodating and kept my car overnight and even checked a few things without charging me.  Overall an excellent experience and what really separated this garage from the rest was the friendly customer service and time he gave me.  I'm not a mechanic so obviously can't comment on the actual job itself, but my car seems to be running perfectly.  Keep up the good work and friendly service.  Will definitely be back again.  Thanks

Amazing service and highly recommended. Approached them with a huge list of work on my mk2 Megane RS and not only did they offer a very competitive price, they also offered some great advice on some of the upgrades I wanted. My Renault engine kept cutting out and took it to 2 garages who couldn’t find the issue. These guys found the issue straight away they are truly Renault Specialists. Repaired at a good cost and had a service to go with it as the prices were much cheaper than main dealers. Definitely recommend for anyone that has a Renault

Avoid at all costs!! My car went in with a brake light issue! He fitted new brakes and did a service. I had no issues before it went in but it broke down within a week of it being in the garage. It was taken back and he refused to work on it! He said he’d worked for Renault for over 17 years and said he was their best mechanic!!! But wouldn’t work on my Renault??!!

Lee got me in during a busy Easter period after a recommendation from G&J Testing in Tipton, and completed the work in good time. The communication on the phone was excellent every step of the way. Well established Renault specialist. First time I've used them, and it was a positive experience. Could only have been improved if I lived closer to them although Renault garage is a fair distance as well

Avoid this garage at all costs. Took my car in with a loss of power just before Christmas. The car was run through some checks and it was advised that 2 pipes under the engine to the DPF and 1 near the boost sensor was blocked and needed changing. I was quoted £400 to change the pipes. As I use the renault grand scenic as a taxi I agreed to the cost. I left the car overnight and the following morning he advised that 4 heater plugs were also needed. I agreed and collected later that day at a cost of £530. After collection I was told the DPF was blocked and to drive it on the motorway. I did this but the car did not regenerate. Loss of power got worse not even reaching 30mph. I tried calling back but they had already closed. After Christmas I went back again after having to park my car up over my busiest period to be told that the Turbo was blocked and it was nothing to do with the original fault. I took my car and went to another renault specialist who advised that it was a faulty sensor that needed replacing. I paid over £530 for repairs that were not needed as the original fault was not what he diagnosed and the sensor should have been changed in the first place. Recently had cambelt fitted, very professional  and fast service with great communication.  The lady kept me up to date with how long the car would be and  had the car back same day
