Awful turned up for four booked appointments to be told they were too busy on one then for three they failed to book the specialist to do the job. They then asked me to return the week after. Have used previously with no problem but think they overbook

Absolutely disgraceful garage! Passed an MOT with only tyres as an advisory then less than 2 weeks later the brake discs and pads needed replacing as they were METAL ON METAL!! - how was this not an advisory if not a fail. Tried to confront them - very rude and defensive man on the phone. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
