My van's MOT was done on time, quicker than expected. Really good communication ie text day before and regular email updates on the day. Staff were also friendly and informative when I picked van up and asked about another vehicle.
Prompt response to an issue which was resolved the next day by very efficient staff. Excellent reception by James and advice by phone call the following day. Actions carried out just prior to a significant overseas journey so I was extremely grateful for speedy response.
Because the staff on site provide a professional service. Whilst under no obligation they will always contact you and advise of any works that need to be carried out and offer you the option to have such works completed. Friendly professional team at KwikFit Havant.
I always get good service at Kwik Fit at Havant. They are so helpful, pleasant and very efficient and organised. The always do a good job, and i feel my car is in good hands. The manager there is very friendly and helpful, and its my first choice of where to take my car.
This is my local branch and I've used them a number of times. They are great if you make an appointment in advance, very friendly and so far have always done the job right first time, but they always seem to be too busy for the little emergencies like punctures or blown bulbs it's a company vehicle and I'm not allowed to change bulbs myself even though I know how to. Today I popped in at around 9:15 with a slow puncture and was told I would have to make an appointment and the earliest available was 1:30 p.m. I never seem to have this problem at the Waterloovile or Chichester branches. In today's case I went to Chichester since it was on the way to work that I have to do in Newhaven and Brighton areas, and the Chichester team fitted me in straight away without an appointment. I think this branch would be better if they always try to keep one guy free for emergency jobs without an appointment.
Never been a big fan of KwikFit but had to use them for my lease car tyres. Steve, was super helpful and went out of his way to help every customer. Moved my appointment earlier as my tyre went flat. 100% recommend, top service.
It was disappointing that I received no phone call to say that my car was ready after its MOT. After a couple of hours I decided to walk to the garage. I explained that I had received no phone call. The gentleman on the reception desk said that it had been so busy. I left it at that rather than say anything. I felt like saying an apology would have been nice.
Gentleman at Havant branch could not have done enough. Very helpful and would come back here again even though a branch nearer to home but service there is poor. Well done Havant will be recommending this office
Top service. Arrived at my appointment time was seen too very quickly and the job was carried out and completed within the hour.
Very quick service but lost the special tpms valve covers and replaced them with ill fitting ugly silver caps. Thanks guys. I would rather you not sell me a 'service kit' and just leave the tpms valves alone. Funny thing is, now i have to buy a proper set of service kits to replace the caps. Also as a note the tyres although the fitted correctly, they didnt take the care to align the red dots on the tyre to the marks on the wheel, which minimises vibration. Edit to this: been down the motorway, now it shakes at 65mph. Balanced the tyres on my own machine, they are 40 and 50 grams out of balance! Thanks again guys!
