I recently purchased a car from Volvo and I have to say it has been the best experience so far! Ross and Adam from the sales team have been great from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble and no question was left unanswered. They really took the time to show me around the new car and explain how it all worked. They were also very helpful in the days after when I had more questions. My experience with Mike on the service desk has been brilliant, again nothing left unturned and has been so kind in explaining a few bits to me as well. 5 star service throughout!
We visited Volvo Havant today and from start to finish the service was brilliant! We don’t book an app and we were greeted so well and even though everyone was extremely busy the staff had time for us! We dealt with Mike who was brilliant and honest. Mike was very knowledgable and answered all our questions and were able to test drive the car we wanted! We are coming back to order our new car next week and will only use Volvo Havant for our new car! Thank you! Top service!
Cambridge Volvo garage, Havant. Mike gave us an excellent service from start to finish. There was never any pressure, he spent time with us, getting the right car for us and making sure we were happy. He has kept us informed throughout the process. Incredible service picking the car up with Lou spending time going through everything about the car. She had a lot of patience showing me the apps. We absolutely love the car, Volvo XC 40, and reassuring, knowing Mike and the team are there to answer and support with any queries or worries. We have definitely found a car for life! Picked up my new Volvo recently and I have to say the service from the first test drive to the day of collection was first class. Adam really took his time to explain the whole process and kept us "in the loop". I would highly recommend Cambridge Volvo, all of the staff are extremely friendly and very professional and nothing is too much trouble. As for the car I am in awe of it and very happy with my choice.
I don't normally do reviews, either I have have such a grievance that I get blocked and banned in very short order because I can't control my language, or my experience has been okay and I can't be arsed. I am a very hard punter to please. But I need to thank Cambridge Volvo for looking after me. In no particular order, Adam sales Teracg servicing, Andy sales, The very charming woman at reception name unknown, and George The technician who very kindly gave me a lift home. If you wanna have a similar experience, you could try the Spa Laguna in Bali, alternatively get yourself to Cambridge Garage Havant.
I do not write many reviews, however I have been blown away by Cambridge Volvo Havant. Five ***** does not do them justice. Adam and Megan were fantastic their attention to customer service was exemplary and went above a beyond. I travelled from Oxford to purchase my Volvo and I am very tempted to make Havant a day out when the car requires its service. Andy the sales manager came to greet my family and ensure we had received good service. I would full recommended trying Cambridge Volvo Havant to any potential buyers, this garage really knows how to ensure customer satisfaction. Well Done team! Outstanding!!!
5 star experience- a very pleasant experience and extremely lucky to have had Meg, who was superb. Nothing was too much effort, spent the full day ensuring the handover was perfect and supported me step by step. Highly recommend, delighted with my purchase. Service above and beyond. I have nothing but praise for this Volvo dealership, and I have used a few - much better than my expectations, which is rare today. Adam in sales went the extra mile in finding exactly what i wanted - his attention to service was the best I have come across. Definitely the best sales, handover and after sales service I have experienced and this is my 10th Volvo - just wish I had found this dealer years ago and they are not local to me either. Thoroughly recommended.
Best garage I’ve ever known for sales and ongoing service and support. I’ve had several cars from here and the service has been excellent. My recent experience with Adam from the sales team was a delight throughout. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and not a bit pushy. Thoroughly recommended and I will certainly be a repeat customer in future.
