A BIG THANKYOU to Ben today for being amazingly helpful as my back window mechanism had broken yesterday evening and I couldn't get my Breakdown cover to come out and make my car secure , Ben said he was very busy today, but still offered to help so i took it in and he made it secure , well hopefully it will stay put until then. I am very grateful and have booked the car in to get this mended by yourselves.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledge. They called and offered an earlier appointment for my Full Service & MOT when they realised there was a slot available as well as informing me about the Halfords Brakes For Life service and transferring it to my new vehicle. Very polite but to out of the way, took car in for air con twice worked for a few days but then stopped, they were happy to look again but it costs me over £10 in taxis each time I lea ve the car there, so won't bother going again. Air con still no good. Contacted me asked me to return car fixed no problem, can't really fault the after sell.
