Have tried 3 separate times in the past week to get to the shop to return a faulty vape after being told on a previous visit that numerous people have had the same issue but each time the shop has been closed. The first time was around 5:30pm so assumed they may have closed early, the second time around 4pm, and again today at 1:30pm. Sign on the door says open but all the lights are off and the door locked. I even checked Facebook to see if any updates were posted, nothing posted recently. Lovely service/people, but they just can't figure out how to open or keep stocked up.
Me and my partner came in after I dropped and smashed the glass on my vape, even though he hadn't got a replacement for my vape. He helped me out with a temp solution and knew his stuff on cbd aswell. Will be back for more cbd products. Top guy, we both appreciated your help and a great supply aswell
First Class! I popped in last week looking for an upgrade, the Lad in the shop could not of been any better, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I spent at least half an hour in the shop choosing my new Mod and trying a lot of different liquids. I left a very happy man and will definitely go back next time i am in the area.
Never ever open on time I've sat over half hour before waiting for it to open and gave up because still no sign of anybody. Used to be great shop when the old lad who's now moved stores worked there. He was very helpful,full of advise always had stock in and was open on time!!! Now stock is always running out and I'm having to come back on delivery days to get what I need.
Great advice and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was accidentally given the wrong strength of nicotine yesterday, and today they swapped it AND gave me another bottle for free. Very kind of them. And they also do very good quality CBD products and have a sample vape with brand new mouthpieces and you can sit and try the cbd

Knowledgeable young guy who understood exactly what I was looking for. Didn't try to oversell and was patient with showing me how it works I'm new to vaping! Highly recommended.
