Lighthouse Charity Shop

This place has Paul and Jamie who are Father and Son volunteers and they always greet you with a GENUINE "Hello Nice To See You" when you enter Lighthouse Charity Shop In ARNOLD. They are a part of the fixtures and fittings and are the LIGHT in Lighthouse. Always up for a natter and always have a smile on there faces which is very rare these day.Credit to the shop.

The staff are pleasant unfortunately the stuff in this charity shop is now too pricey for what they are ,I picked up a tiny ornament nothing special no special name on the bottom £5 , yes prices have gone up etc but that's ridiculous, can't see many people going in now.

Be aware that there are No refunds at this place Bulwell unless faulty ,, I purchased a cabinet for £50 and on collection the next day my partner said it wasnt what we needed, so asked for a refund only to get a credit note,,, manager said there's a note on the counter which I didn't see as there was a bag on the counter at the time with others things I'd purchased,, it would have helped to be told this verbally at the time,, as I need the £50 to go and get what I needed else where., very disappointed

Totally let down with furniture donation. One of the van drivers was very rude and also swore at my neighbour when she asked if they were going to leave the van across her driveway for long.

One of the nicest charity shops in bulwell the staff are warm and friendly kind and helpful things are priced well.

Clean, fresh and really well presented, great place to pick a bargain, customer service is great too always happy to help,
