Ended up here after a puncture on the motorway a long way from home. Made very welcome, ordered specialist tyre which arrived in 2 hours. Free tea/coffee while I waited. Very polite and efficient.

Awful service, these guys are idiots avoid at all costs. 

The front office is filthy and falling to bits. The staff failed to order a small standard part on three occasions, didn't call me once despite taking my details down all three times. Wasted several trips here, resulting in me being left without the part I needed before a long car journey. 

Astonished such a poor level of service is even possible.

Good efficient manager. Technician a bit inexperienced. Dust caps left loose on new tyres. Not the first time.

Booked in for an MOT on Saturday afternoon and arrived to be told the MOT tester wasn't in that day.  No call in advance, no apology and no help whatsoever.  Won't use Kwik fit again. Avoid.
