Opening hours aren't great. As with most chemists and pharmacies in Scotland they close fairly early. Also takes quite a long time to wait for your prescription. Longer than any other I've used previously. Considering I previously used places in London with the tiny population to the size of the store this Coatbridge store doesn't have much excuse for that. No effort of rapport building from staff either, you can stand there for 15 mins without them attempting eye contact making it fairly awkward. Security makes you feel a tad uncomfortable too by following you if you look at the limited make up range. Not an ideal experience overall 💁

I went into today for my prescription, i dont normally come into this shop however i was unable to collect my medication on friday as i was unable to leave work. I went in today and exaplined my situation and the customer service i received was shocking no empathy or understanding .I will never go into this store again and i will be also advising other people of the same .STAY AWAY

The staff are so friendly, and helpful. I've never had any bother with the pharmacy side of things.

Overpriced, Doesn't pay tax in UK; Gave me someone else's prescription once instead of my own. Enough said.
