I had an emergency with a split tyre and went to Kwik Fit without an appointment. Although all the staff there were extremely busy, they were able to deal With the problem and I was back on the road in a very reasonable time. I was dealt with in a very professional manner and I’m grateful to the team.
I had a flat tyre on a courtesy car it was all very last minute and although they were almost closing they still changed my tyre for me. Dylan was great and very helpful. Really good customer service. I was very happy.
The original appointment failed as the wrong part has been ordered/supplied and couldn’t be installed, then to add to it someone from the team decided to remove my security locking wheel nut and loosing it? This in turn has resulted in other visits to the shop to get my key which no one can’t find as it was” damaged”?. In the end the manager decided to replace all the security bolts free of charge with a different type less superior than the genuine bolts I had … only time will tell if these will last.nJust out of curiosity if these bolts fail on my next tyre replacement who pays to replace all the bolts ??nnEdit: to top it up now my dashboard is like a Christmas Tree when switching it on and after the alternator replaced by your technicians …is there any warranty included with the work you’ve undertaken as this alternator looks like it’s done after 1 week… if you wish to look into the issue my reg is SL16… you can make up the rest from your records
The service is great the guys seem really honest and genuinely get you the best deals they can.nnBut they definitely need to change the name. I've had two tyres fitted within 25 minutes when it was busy down near Purfleet. And I was sat in Kwik Fit for an hour and ten minutes. Definitely was not a Kwik Fit.nnBut would definitely come back and recommend to friends as the service really is good.
