12 month service didn`t include service report items recommended - brake fluid £37.00 , oil system flush £19.99 , fuel system flush £19.99 , renew dust/pollen filter £58.08 or advised new spark plug set at a whopping £112.43. Could not a set of basic spark plugs be offered at much less a price ? Mechanic who handed over my car was helpful , as were staff i encountered. The ( rip off ? ) pollen filter and spark plug prices just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Having asked for a brake check on the 23rd December I was concerned as to whether Id get any service and was delighted that. Justin was able to get the car slotted in quickly and all was done in 2 hours. Amazing Thank you😄

Never have I had to wait almost 2hrs for an MOT anywhere ever but here! The staff are soo rude, they didn’t even bother to update me on what was taking so long. I was told when I came it that it will be an hr, that’s understandable as most MOT centres will take about 40mins so another 20mins to make sure all is ok is fine but almost 2hrs with an explanation is just bang out of order. After hr and 30mins i asked and the guy there said they are doing the emissions test, seriously!!! I will never ever come back here!!! Disgusting service! Halfords CS will certainly be getting a call off me! I urge people to avoid this place.
