Brilliant place!
I'm a wheelchair user and nothing is too difficult for them.
Incredibly helpful when locking wheelnut key was "destroyed", they took off all the lock nuts and replaced with "normal nuts"!

Very impressed and thank you guys for for your help & kindness!

I have had two sets of alloy wheels refurbished at Bretts tyres. Both have looked as good as new for a decent price. The staff are all very friendly . There is a good range of tyres available.

First experience I had four tyres changed, didn’t see any issues until I needed two front tyre change Thursday. Went to a different tyre shop who said Brets had cracked my key, they would not touch my tyres. So I returned to Brets, where there was no dispute that they had fitted the tyres and they tried to help. They only had one tyre in stock but said they would have delivery by 10.30, they change the first tyre and I was returning at 10.30,10.30 then 12 came around delivery was stuck in traffic, as I had work the gentleman said if I get there for open 8am they would changed the second tyre so I paid for upfront to save the rush in the morning.
7.50 today I was sitting outside the shop waiting for open. The person that was due to open was late. when he arrived there was no urgency even through he knew I had work to get to as this was stated the day before, (probably as he already had my money). First of all he was sniffing his shirt like he had been wearing it the day before or had been out all night. Then proceeded to get changed still smelling his clothes, then he started having a chat with his colleague before even acknowledging we were waiting. When he did finally get round to change the tyre, he used the electric gun before loosening the lock-in wheel nut. This freaded and damaged the wheel nut leaving no choice but to cut it off, (I have since called numerous tyre shops who when I explained what I needed everyone said I bet he used the gun first, you should never do that). 
After this he disappeared for a while until I went in the office to find him, where he proceeded to argue whether they fitted the tyres in the first place, called me a liar, said I couldn’t have a refund of the tyre they hadn’t fitted and I had to go away and have the nut taken off then go back for tyre to be fitted. (The lady in the office did give a refund and apologies for the way he spoke to me) .
In all I think the is poor customer service (except the lady), bad workman ship both occasions, even though I was unaware until now of first occasion. Unsafe practice both when using the machine before it should of been and in my opinion someone working on tyres shouldn’t be what seemed to be either hungover or still drunk from the night before.

Elena Birla Review is not the Truth.. She arrived with a half flat tyre and was advised that where the puncture was it was not possible to fix.  She would need a new Tyre!! she did not want to buy a new one... Took your money for a lot of things they did not do. Sorry but if we could not change your puncture we would not of done the tracking or balancing with a flat tyre.
