Always great, staff are brilliant and they have looked after my cars over the years. The video's they send me are a nice touch with knowledgeable mechanics.

Gave 1 star as I couldn't give any less, my worst experience in 35 years of driving, staff were great, courteous and professional unfortunately the garage side of things is a complete joke, I was overpriced hundreds from my original quote, due to the technician damaging my van during the repair, and back to the garage another 3 times after the repair over the course of a week and a half with faults on the repair, I wouldn't recommend to any friends or family

They were very helpful when my car developed a fault whilst touring the area.

Excellent service from Paul Malcolmson went out of his way to get the right car for us. Couldn't be anymore helpful and explained everything to us, everything was straightforward and delivery of new car was exactly on time which hasn't always been the case at other garages. Highly recommend Paul as a sales consultant and Barnetts of St Andrews.
