complete unprofessional service which makes me doubt work carried out. booked over a month in advance to ensure my booking contaced later that month to be told could not  fit me in that day after rearranging told to bring car in at 8.30 but nobody turned up until 8.45 to open up . when picking up car just told you paid on line so you can go when queering if the service book had been stamped was told no .I have come back every year since having this car because of good service but the place has gone to the dogs.

Brilliant service from Kieran and Will - fast, polite and very efficient. Drove away happy, only to be back there several hours later, with yet another screw in the same tyre!!! It wasn’t my day, but the team here, and the customer service received, made it just that bit easier. Thank you so much!!

I had a new car and all the bulbs had gone and it was dark. They were amazing. Fixed my car quickly so I could drive home safe. They also fixed the loose head light thingys and added extra washers

Went in for a slow puncture repair, but came out fast with 4 new tyres, and a pretty hefty post Christmas bill! So why the 5 stars I hear you ask? Well because David our technician went the extra mile forgive the pun and because of his excellent technical and people skills he will save us money and stress in the longer term. He thoroughly explained to me the findings of his tyre survey and what it meant in terms of safety, fuel economy, road holding and staying street legal. At no time was there any pressure no pun this time! to replace all four tyres but let's just say it comes down to confidence when driving in our inclement winter weather. Overall, Kwik, efficiently Fit and friendly service, I'd thoroughly recommend the team at Chipping Sodbury to anyone.

Had a knocking from front wheels popped in to Kwikfit Chipping Sodbury found wheels loose after local garage repair. Step in Luke who tightens  all wheel nuts checked van over made sure it was safe without charge. Service impeccable can’t thank them enough time now to see local garage for a discussion on tyre fitting

Needed tyres and I have been here before. I shopped around online and came in armed with some prices , fair play they gave me a reasonable price.
