Rang them with a solar panel emergency and they were out the same day. Excellent service and the invoice was much more reasonable than we expected. On top of this we had pretty much decided to change our system as we felt it was inefficient, the man who we later found out was David Siney took the time to talk us through the system and how best to use it we inherited it with a house purchase and are using it so much more efficiently now. I cannot recommend this company enough! Reliable, honest, great customer service and excellent value for money.
Oil boiler stopped working on a Friday, called company who sent Dave engineer out within 2 hours. He found fault but needed new part, could not obtain it until following Monday. Arrived on the Monday, fitted part, hot water back. Good job.
Excellent service from Dave and Richard. Boiler needed urgent replacing just before Christmas and couldn't fault the speed, professionalism and price. Nothing was too much trouble - they went out of their way to ensure we were back up and running on Christmas Eve. Very friendly and helpful team. Would highly recommend this company.
Dave was quick, efficient and friendly, and his experience and knowledge saved us a huge bill, as he diagnosed that a cheap component of our boiler was at fault, which the previous engineer hadn't thought of. We are glad to recommend him.
I would like to thank Dave for the help and support he gave my parents today whilst looking at their Rayburn. My parents are 86 and having been taken advantage of previously it was fantastic to hear of Daves trust worthy, thorough, honest and friendly approach. This company went out of their way to help my parents and my family are truly grateful. Although I was unable to be there due to work, my daughter informed me how amazing you were. Extremely pleased with the service we received, our original boiler packed in at the worst possible time in the middle of January. Siney's were extremely competitive and were good enough to squeeze us in as we were desperate. Their workmanship is excellent, very neat and meticulous, our house was left tidy every day. So pleased to to find a company that will spend the time to help us fully understand the new system and controls. We would highly recommend using this company!
