I’ve used the shop several times now since the new owner has taken over and been very pleased with the service. Even the day before mother’s day when the shop was busy she stopped to make time to make me a beautiful arrangement for my mother who also was very pleased with her flowers and they lasted for over a week. I found the staff friendly and welcoming each time I have been in.

I was going to use the florist for my wedding flowers, I am very disappointed in the service, no one from the shop called myself or my partner to let us know that the shop had changed hands, we popped into the shop to discuss flowers and it was at this point to met the new owner. Whilst in the shop, my partner treated me to a bouquet, the flowers died very quickly, definitely not £25 worth! Since, we have decided not to use the florist as we originally we were going ahead as we really liked the old owner and Sarah. When we spoke to the old owner she understood and advised we would receive our deposit back for our wedding flowers due to the service we received, she understood. we haven't received a refund even though the old owner took our bank details, when we spoke to Zoe the new owner she advised she would look into this for us. A couple of days passed and I heard nothing, I called and spoke to Zoe and she advised we wouldn't be getting a refund and the old owner has left the shop now and she shouldn't of said we would of. The whole service has been terrible and I would highly recommend not using this florist and wouldn't trust them!

I can't fault them at all in the wording they did for my dad's funeral the flowers were beautiful  and the 2 sprays on the letters were beautiful I'll certainly use them again

Always used this place when Lucy had it but has changed hands and our last experience wasn't a good one. My husband ordered a very large bouquet to be delivered to a restaurant across the street from the shop at 5pm as part of our anniversary evening. They totally forgot and after many phone calls he finally got them late in the evening. The irony was that they sent a bouquet the next day as an apology...but not to us. The restaurant received a lovely floral apology for any inconvenience THEY may have had. Not quite customer service!!!!.

I used LB flowers once by chance a few years ago, and feel compelled to go back every time I am in need of a  bouquet. Excellent customer service and the staff seem to always understand what I am looking for - my wife is never disappointed by the display!
