I have used eRepairs twice having walked in off the street with a problem with my ageing iphone 6. On both occasions they have been helpful and efficient - fixing both problems at nominal cost. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Had the screen replaced on my iPhone, It lasted 3 days. They use cheap crappy screens which don't fit the phone case correctly. The new screen is loose down each side and flexes in and out by about 1mm and this has resulted in the screen cracking straight away, just by being in my pocket with nothing else. The screen scrolls without pressing buttons and sometimes won't recognise buttons being pressed. I took it back at my earliest convenience only to be told that as its cracked its not covered by warranty. He wasn't interested that it didn't fit properly and said that the screen not performing correctly is due to the crack, even though it did it before it was cracked. He offered me £5 off of a replacement but as they don't fit correctly I didn't accept.

I went to eRepairs as a last hope.
I found them helpful and very quick at a reasonible price.
The story.
Took  my laptop to a place in Yate, they didn`t make it any better, took it back and they played again and wanted to charge me again, still no better.
Went eRepairs, 24hours later laptop is working as new. Thank you

AVOID!

paid £70 for a screen replacement, hoping to get better quality, we were WRONG.
Had to wait for a cheap screen to be imported, they even had to scratch a bit of paint off the front of the screen, still pain marks on it now.
As soon as we collected the phone there were pressure points across the screen where it had been pressed too hard on.
Phone started malfunctioning, now restarts randomly and battery drains super fast, screen is unresponsive and broke just TWO days after repair.

POOR SERVICE, WILL NOT RECTIFY.
