Newcastle Travel & Tours has exceeded my expectations in my Hajj experience.  My husband and I performed Hajj in 2014 and we had the best service and staff at hand.  I have been to Hajj twice before this and I can surely say that Hajj with Newcastle Travel & Tours has no competition.

We stayed in the Zam zam clock tower which is on the doorstep of the Haram,  and was amazed by the lunch and supper provided, where usually only breakfast is included in 5*.  Throughout the trip, we were provided with our meals and especially during the Hajj rites, inundated with extras such as ice cream and mineral water bottles and complementary tea and coffee round the clock.  The service was more than expected although we had Gold Services in Mina.  

This Hajj, there was no stress and fear involved.  We performed all our rites according to Quran and Sunnah and nobody felt lost or out of reach.  The team at Newcastle Travel & Tours goes the extra mile, far above what others offer, having closed the office during this time to offer exclusive service as needed.  Usually other agents book your journey without accompany and Newcastle Travels has put our hearts at ease to concentrate on what really matters - the rites of Hajj.  I would definitely recommend Newcastle Travel & Tours 100% without any doubt, for your Hajj and Umrah. Words cannot fully describe what you will feel and I will gladly go again without hesitation.
