Extremely disappointed. Arrived to view (Mercedes C180 Coupe Black) the car after a 1 hour drive to find the car not as described. Advert and on the phone, meant to have 80k miles, had 88k!!, full dealership history, history was from Kwik Fit!!, Missing tear parcel shelf. Say Nav not working and more important Engine Check Light on with no explanation. 
Staff were friendly but not what you expect. How can you trust a company like this if this is what you find. 
Agreed to sort all the issues and after a long think, decided to go for it anyway. 6 phone calls the day after to arrange pick up. Not one phone call returned. 2 days later I called and explained I needed to know what was happening, was there an issue with the car. 
Reply was, Engine Check Light still on and couldn’t be fixed. So take it or leave it. 
Terrible customer service, messed me about, wasted my time. Avoid at all costs!!

Very friendly people, was offered coffee and biscuits immediatly, had a test drive and car was as described. Pleasure doing business.
